Select the room you want us to help you with. Tell us your vision for the room, send us photos of the space as it is now, give us information regarding dimensions, budget and most importantly share your inspiration photos. We’ll guide you step by step through this process, so don’t stress over the details now.

work online with your decorator

Our decorator will create two concept boards for you based on the information we have received. Once you give us feedback on which you prefer, your decorator will refine the look by chatting through the detail with you online.

receive your customised design package

Finally, you will receive a full design package: a final room visualisation board, setup instructions and full shopping list.

We have a complimentary purchasing service where we get you the best prices from wholesalers and retailers around the country. We will have everything you choose from your shopping list delivered to your door. This is the fastest, easiest way to get your beautiful new pieces hassle free. Your decorator will handle all the details for you.

How long will this process take?

We can accommodate any timeline that you have. Once we have received all your information in Step 1, we should get to the final design room visualisation within 2-3 weeks. This is dependent on your availability to discuss ideas to narrow down your personal style.

Can I talk to my decorator during this process?

You will be in close communication with your decorator throughout this process via email.

Can my decorator work with my existing furniture?

Yes of course. You will send pictures of the items you would like to use in the room together with your room photos in Step 1.

How do I know that I can afford to shop my new look?

Your decorator will design your room according to your budget. All labour and installation is not included on your shopping list.

Where do you find the products on my shopping list?

We work with wholesale and retail outlets across the country to find the best items for your room. We have also negotiated discounted prices for you that we will show you as a breakdown on your shopping list.

What does this all cost?

The design package which includes 2 initial concepts, communication with your decorator, a final design concept and shopping list for one room costs R1499 incl VAT. All items on your shopping list are purchased over and above this amount in accordance with your budget.

When do I need to pay?

Once you start the online design process you will pay your fixed fee online via our secure payment process. This is payable before any further work is done on your project.
